Outcomes our application teams ship
End-to-end across the application lifecycle
We build applications that work on day one — and keep them running, relevant, and resilient for years to come. From greenfield builds to legacy modernisation, our teams own the full lifecycle.
Design, build, integrate, and sustain — six delivery surfaces that cover everything from greenfield builds to retiring brittle legacy.
Custom application development
Purpose-built web, mobile, and enterprise applications designed around your workflows — not the other way round.
Explore sub-serviceModernisation & migration
Re-architect legacy systems to cloud-native, microservices, or SaaS models without disrupting day-to-day operations.
Explore sub-serviceIntegration & API services
Connect disparate systems through robust APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures that scale with demand.
Explore sub-serviceSupport & maintenance
SLA-backed monitoring, incident response, patching, and proactive health management to keep applications available.
Explore sub-servicePerformance optimisation
Profiling, load testing, and targeted refactoring to eliminate bottlenecks and meet demanding throughput requirements.
Explore sub-serviceSecurity & compliance
Secure SDLC, vulnerability assessments, and compliance alignment for regulated industries including finance and healthcare.
Explore sub-serviceA structured delivery model — predictable, not bureaucratic
Discovery & scoping
Business objectives, technical landscape, and constraints mapped before a line of code. Output: scope, architecture blueprint, and roadmap.
Agile build & iteration
Two-week sprints with continuous stakeholder review. Working software demonstrated at every milestone — steady, visible progress throughout.
Quality assurance
Automated unit, integration, and end-to-end coverage from sprint one. Dedicated QA runs exploratory and performance testing.
Deployment & launch support
CI/CD pipelines, zero-downtime deployments, and a 30-day post-launch support period where our team remains on hand.
Maintenance & evolution
Tiered SLA support keeps your application healthy long after launch — with regular reviews that surface new optimisation and feature opportunities as your needs grow.
Modern stack, pragmatic choices
We work across the modern stack — and integrate with whatever you already have. Tools picked to fit your product, not our comfort zone.
What you get at every engagement
Every ArtAgile application engagement ships a defined set of tangible artefacts — not just working code. Below is the standard delivery package; scope-specific additions are agreed at project kick-off.
Three models — one team
Every engagement starts with a conversation about your goals and constraints. We will recommend the model that fits — and switch gears if your needs evolve.
Fixed-scope build
Defined deliverable, fixed scope, agreed timeline.
Best when your requirements are well-understood and predictability matters more than flexibility. We agree scope, architecture, and acceptance criteria up front, then deliver to a firm schedule with scope held steady throughout.
- Full requirements workshop at kick-off
- Milestone-based delivery plan
- Change control process for out-of-scope requests
- 90-day warranty period post-handover
You have defined specifications, board-level sign-off, and a launch date that cannot slip.
Dedicated squad
Your team, our talent — fully embedded, long-term.
A named pod of engineers, QA, and a delivery lead who operate as an extension of your internal team. Velocity, backlog ownership, and tooling are all yours; we provide the people and operational cadence.
- Pod sizes from 3 to 20+ engineers
- Flexible monthly commitment — ramp up or down with 30 days notice
- Daily stand-ups, sprint reviews in your timezone
- Dedicated delivery lead and engineering manager
You have an evolving roadmap, need continuous delivery velocity, or are building a product over 12+ months.
Managed maintenance & SLA
We own uptime. You focus on the business.
A fully managed support model for production applications that need more than break-fix cover. We provide proactive health management, patching, incident response, and minor enhancements under a named SLA.
- Tiered SLAs matched to how business-critical the application is
- Rapid incident response with priority acknowledgement for the most urgent issues
- Monthly health report and optimisation backlog
- Included minor enhancements each month
You have live applications that require continuous care but your team's bandwidth is needed elsewhere.
Straight answers before you sign anything
Timeline depends on scope and complexity. As a practical guide: a focused internal tool or workflow app typically ships in 8–12 weeks; a customer-facing web or mobile application with integrations runs 16–24 weeks; a full platform with multiple modules and data migrations can extend to 6–9 months. We publish a detailed milestone plan at the end of the discovery workshop so you have a confirmed schedule before delivery begins.
You do — unconditionally. All source code, design assets, documentation, and third-party licences procured for your project are assigned to you in full at project completion (or progressively, under a dedicated squad engagement). ArtAgile retains no rights to reproduce or reuse your code. This is written into our standard contract with no carve-outs.
We offer three tiers, each with a named SLA and clearly defined response commitments:
- Standard: Priority acknowledgement and resolution targets for urgent issues. Business-hours support, regular patching, and periodic health reviews.
- Enhanced: Faster acknowledgement and resolution targets, extended support coverage, more frequent patching, and a monthly health report.
- Critical: The fastest acknowledgement and resolution targets, round-the-clock on-call coverage, continuous patching, and a dedicated account engineer.
All tiers include a monthly allowance of minor enhancements and proactive performance monitoring, with clear accountability for the service levels we agree.
Yes — and this is the most common way we approach it. Our modernisation practice uses a strangler-fig pattern: we build new modules around your live system, route traffic progressively, and retire legacy components module by module rather than in one risky cutover. This approach means:
- The existing system stays live and fully operational throughout
- Users experience steady, incremental improvements throughout
- Rollback is available at every stage
- Teams can learn and adapt to the new architecture progressively
For systems with irreducible cutover risk (e.g., monolithic batch workloads), we implement parallel-run validation periods and automated reconciliation before any legacy retirement is approved.
Security is embedded into the SDLC from the first sprint and reinforced at every release. Our standard practice includes:
- Threat modelling during architecture design
- SAST and dependency scanning in every CI pipeline run
- OWASP Top 10 verification at each release gate
- Secrets management via vault (HashiCorp, AWS Secrets Manager, or Azure Key Vault)
- Penetration testing before first production deployment
For regulated industries — BFSI, healthcare, public sector — we align delivery to the relevant standard from kick-off (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO 27001, DPDP). Compliance evidence packs are included in the standard deliverables for regulated engagements.
